The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 Suspension System is a premium upgrade engineered for the 2024–2025 Toyota Tacoma, delivering maximum wheel travel, improved damping performance, and exceptional ride quality both on and off-road. Featuring adjustable 2.5 Series coilovers, CNC-machined billet aluminum upper control arms, and triple-rate rear springs, this system is designed for drivers who demand top-tier performance, durability, and control in all conditions.

Adjustable 1.25–3” Lift for Custom Stance

ICON 2.5 Series coilovers provide adjustable lift from 1.25” to 3”, allowing you to fine-tune ride height and fit larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. This adjustability ensures optimal ground clearance, improved stance, and enhanced off-road capability.

2.5 Series Coilovers with Internal Reservoirs

The front coilovers feature internal reservoirs for superior heat dissipation and consistent damping performance under demanding conditions. Combined with ICON-engineered coil springs, this setup delivers smooth, controlled ride quality across the entire suspension travel range.

Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO

This system includes precision CNC-machined billet aluminum upper control arms designed to improve suspension geometry, increase caster and camber adjustability, and enhance overall durability. Equipped with ICON’s Delta Joint PRO, they provide up to 90 degrees of articulation while eliminating bind and maximizing suspension travel.

Triple-Rate Rear Springs for Maximum Comfort and Control

The triple-rate rear coil springs are engineered to deliver a soft initial rate for comfort, a balanced mid-rate for stability, and a firm overload rate for improved bottom-out resistance. This design enhances both on-road comfort and off-road performance while maintaining proper ride height under varying loads.

Optimized Geometry and Drivetrain Reliability

A front differential drop system is included to improve CV joint operating angles and maximize available wheel travel on 4WD models. Polyurethane differential bushings reduce unwanted movement under load, improving drivetrain reliability and long-term durability.

Balanced Front-to-Rear Suspension System

ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks with internal reservoirs are tuned specifically for the Tacoma platform, ensuring balanced damping performance between front and rear suspension for improved stability, control, and ride quality across all terrain types.
