The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 Suspension System (K53292X) is a premium performance upgrade engineered specifically for the 2024–2025 Toyota Tacoma. Designed for overland-focused builds and daily-driven off-road rigs, this system delivers increased wheel travel, improved damping control, and a balanced on-road/off-road ride. Featuring 2.5 Series adjustable coilovers, billet aluminum upper control arms, and overland-tuned rear coil springs, this setup is built for drivers who demand durability, articulation, and consistent performance in all terrain conditions.

Adjustable 1.25–3” Front Lift for Custom Stance and Tire Fitment

The ICON 2.5 Series coilovers provide adjustable front lift ranging from 1.25” to 3”, allowing precise ride height tuning for larger wheel and tire packages. This adjustability makes it easy to dial in stance, clearance, and performance depending on your overland load and driving conditions.

2.5 Series Coilovers with Internal Reservoirs

Built for performance consistency under demanding conditions, the front coilovers feature internal reservoirs that improve heat dissipation and maintain stable damping performance. ICON-engineered coil springs enhance ride quality while maximizing control throughout suspension travel.

Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO

This system includes CNC-machined billet aluminum upper control arms designed to improve suspension geometry, increase caster and camber adjustability, and enhance durability under load. The integrated Delta Joint PRO allows up to 90 degrees of articulation while eliminating bind for full suspension travel and improved reliability.

Overland-Tuned Rear Coil Springs for Load Support and Comfort

The included Overland rear coil springs are engineered to support additional rear weight from camping gear, bumpers, and overland accessories while maintaining ride comfort. With a progressive spring rate design, they provide a smooth unloaded ride while resisting sag under load and improving bottom-out control.

Front Differential Drop for Improved Drivetrain Geometry

A front differential drop kit is included to correct CV axle angles after lift installation. This helps reduce drivetrain stress, improve reliability, and maximize usable wheel travel on 4WD models. Polyurethane differential bushings further reduce unwanted movement under load.

Balanced Rear Suspension Performance with ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series Shocks

The rear suspension utilizes ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir shocks tuned specifically for the Tacoma platform. This ensures balanced damping performance between front and rear, improving stability, comfort, and control across both highway driving and off-road terrain.
