The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 Suspension System is a premium performance upgrade engineered for the 2024–2025 Toyota Tacoma, delivering increased wheel travel, enhanced damping control, and superior ride quality both on and off-road. Featuring adjustable 2.5 Series coilovers and precision-machined billet aluminum upper control arms, this system is designed for drivers who demand maximum performance, durability, and adjustability from their suspension setup.

Adjustable 1.25–3” Lift for Custom Stance

ICON 2.5 Series coilover shocks provide adjustable lift from 1.25” to 3”, allowing you to dial in your ideal ride height and accommodate larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. This flexibility ensures optimal stance, improved ground clearance, and enhanced off-road capability.

Advanced 2.5 Series Coilover Performance

The front coilovers feature internal reservoirs for improved cooling and consistent damping performance under demanding conditions. Combined with ICON-engineered coil springs, they deliver smooth, controlled ride quality across the full range of suspension travel.

Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arms

This Stage 2 system includes CNC-machined billet aluminum upper control arms designed to improve alignment geometry and provide increased on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment. These UCAs enhance suspension clearance, durability, and overall front-end performance while maintaining precise control at lifted ride heights.

Delta Joint PRO for Maximum Articulation

Equipped with ICON’s Delta Joint PRO, the billet UCAs allow for up to 90 degrees of articulation while reducing bind and improving durability. This design maximizes suspension travel and ensures smooth operation throughout the full range of motion.

Optimized Suspension Travel and CV Angles

A front differential drop system is included to improve CV joint operating angles and maximize available wheel travel on 4WD models. Polyurethane differential bushings further reduce unwanted movement under load, improving drivetrain reliability and overall stability.

Balanced Rear Suspension Performance

The system is paired with ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks featuring internal reservoirs and vehicle-specific valving. This ensures balanced front-to-rear damping performance, resulting in improved ride quality, control, and stability across pavement, trails, and rough terrain.
