The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Suspension System (K53195T) is a premium, high-performance suspension upgrade engineered for the 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra. Building upon the Stage 4 system, this kit adds remote reservoir rear shocks for enhanced damping consistency and heat dissipation under demanding conditions. Designed for serious off-road enthusiasts and overland builds, this system delivers increased wheel travel, improved alignment geometry, and the ability to run up to 35” tires while maintaining excellent on-road comfort. 

Adjustable 2–3.5” Front Lift for Aggressive Stance

ICON 2.5 Series front coilovers provide adjustable lift from 2” to 3.5” over stock when paired with the included tubular upper control arms. This allows precise ride height tuning for larger tires, improved ground clearance, and optimized suspension geometry. 

2.5 Series Coilovers with Internal Reservoirs

The front suspension features ICON’s 2.5 Series internal reservoir coilovers, designed for superior heat management and consistent damping performance. With increased piston area and vehicle-specific valving, this setup delivers up to 40% more wheel travel over stock while maintaining excellent ride quality. 

Tubular Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO

Included tubular upper control arms improve suspension geometry, increase caster, and enhance durability. Equipped with ICON’s Delta Joint PRO, they provide up to 90 degrees of articulation, eliminate bind, and maximize suspension travel for demanding off-road use. 

Sway Bar Drop Kit for Improved Suspension Cycling

The included sway bar drop brackets reduce binding in the factory sway bar links, allowing the suspension to cycle freely through its full range of motion. This improves articulation and prevents unnecessary stress on factory components.

2.0 Aluminum Series Remote Reservoir Rear Shocks

Upgrading from standard internal reservoir shocks, the included 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks provide superior cooling and damping consistency during extended off-road use. This results in improved performance, stability, and ride control in harsh conditions. 

Balanced System with Maximum Travel and Durability

This Stage 5 system is engineered as a complete, balanced suspension solution. With up to 40% increased front wheel travel, improved alignment specs, and fully rebuildable shock components, it delivers long-term durability and performance for both daily driving and aggressive off-road applications.
