The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System is a premium, performance-driven upgrade designed for the 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra. Building on ICON’s proven 2.5 Series coilover platform, this system adds tubular upper control arms and additional geometry-correcting components to deliver increased wheel travel, improved alignment, and superior ride quality. Engineered for both daily driving and aggressive off-road use, it offers a complete solution for maximizing your Tundra’s capability and stance.

Adjustable 2–3.5” Lift for Aggressive Stance

The included ICON V.S. 2.5 Series coilovers provide adjustable lift from 2” to 3.5” when paired with the included tubular upper control arms. This allows for proper leveling, improved ground clearance, and fitment of up to 35” tires, giving your truck a more aggressive and functional stance. 

2.5 Series Coilovers with Internal Reservoirs

These high-performance coilovers feature internal reservoirs and a larger shock body for increased oil volume and cooling capacity. Combined with vehicle-specific valving, they deliver improved damping performance, reduced fade, and up to 40% more wheel travel compared to stock suspension. 

Tubular Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO

The included tubular UCAs are engineered to correct front-end geometry, increase caster, and improve suspension clearance. Featuring ICON’s Delta Joint PRO, they provide up to 90 degrees of articulation while eliminating bind and maintaining durability under extreme conditions.

Improved Suspension Geometry and Travel

A front sway bar drop kit is included to reduce bind in factory sway bar links, allowing the suspension to cycle more freely. This ensures full use of available wheel travel without overstressing OEM components, improving both ride quality and off-road capability. 

Balanced Rear Suspension Performance

The system is completed with ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks featuring internal reservoirs. These shocks are tuned specifically for the Tundra to provide balanced front-to-rear damping, improving stability, comfort, and overall vehicle control across all terrains. 

Complete Bolt-On Performance System

This Stage 4 system is designed as a 100% bolt-on upgrade with no cutting or welding required. All components are engineered to work together, delivering predictable performance, increased durability, and long-term serviceability with fully rebuildable shock absorbers.
