The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 Suspension System is an entry-level lift solution engineered to enhance ride quality, handling, and stance for 2020–2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. Delivering approximately 2.5 inches of front lift, this system levels the vehicle while improving overall performance for daily driving, towing, and light off-road use. Designed specifically for newer Super Duty models, it ensures proper lift height and optimized ride characteristics.

Vehicle-Specific Engineering for Proper Ride Height

Unlike earlier model kits, this system features newly engineered progressive dual-rate coil springs designed specifically for 2020–2022 Super Duty trucks, which sit lower from the factory. This ensures accurate lift height while maintaining excellent ride quality, predictability, and control across a variety of driving conditions. 

Improved Ride Quality and Handling

ICON’s Stage 1 system delivers a significant upgrade over factory suspension with vehicle-specific tuned shocks and spring rates. The result is improved comfort on the highway and increased stability on rough roads, job sites, and gravel terrain, making it ideal for both work and everyday driving.

Complete Bolt-On Suspension System

This kit includes ICON dual-rate coil springs, alignment cams for proper caster correction, and ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks for both front and rear. All components are designed to work together as a complete system, ensuring predictable performance and straightforward installation with no cutting or welding required.

Increased Wheel Travel and Capability

The system provides approximately 25% more front wheel travel compared to stock, improving suspension articulation and control over uneven terrain. This added capability enhances both ride comfort and off-road performance without compromising towing or load-carrying ability.

Durable, Serviceable Shock Technology

ICON’s 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks feature corrosion-resistant anodized bodies with 5/8” shafts and are fully rebuildable and revalvable. This allows for long-term durability and the ability to service or fine-tune the suspension over time.
