The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 Suspension System (K53183) is a premium, performance-driven upgrade engineered for the 2010–2024 Lexus GX460. Designed for serious off-road enthusiasts and overland builds, this system significantly increases wheel travel, improves damping control, and enhances overall ride quality. Building upon the Stage 2 system, this kit adds billet aluminum rear lower links and an adjustable rear track bar, creating a fully balanced suspension system with improved articulation, strength, and geometry correction.

Adjustable 0–3.5” Front Lift for Maximum Versatility

ICON 2.5 Series extended travel coilovers provide adjustable lift from 0 to 3.5 inches, allowing precise tuning for ride height, tire clearance, and suspension geometry. This flexibility supports larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations while maintaining excellent on-road drivability.

2.5 Series Extended Travel Coilovers with Internal Reservoirs

The front suspension features ICON’s extended travel 2.5 Series coilovers with internal reservoirs for improved heat dissipation and consistent damping performance. This setup significantly increases front wheel travel and enhances control across rough terrain and high-speed off-road conditions.

Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint

CNC-machined billet aluminum upper control arms are included to improve suspension geometry and alignment at increased lift heights. Equipped with ICON’s patented Delta Joint, they combine the durability of a ball joint with the articulation of a uniball while remaining sealed for long-term reliability.

Billet Rear Lower Links for Strength and Geometry Correction

This Stage 3 system includes billet aluminum rear lower links that are significantly stronger than factory components. These links improve articulation, allow on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment, and are engineered to maintain proper roll steer geometry for predictable handling both on and off-road.

Rear Coil Springs and 2.0 Aluminum Series Shocks

The rear suspension is upgraded with 2” lift coil springs and ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir shocks, tuned specifically for the GX460 platform. This combination ensures balanced damping performance, improved ride comfort, and enhanced control under varying loads and terrain conditions.

Adjustable Rear Track Bar for KDSS Compatibility

An adjustable rear track bar is included to correct axle alignment after lifting and maintain proper suspension geometry, especially on KDSS-equipped models. This improves stability, handling, and overall driveline alignment.

Engineered for Maximum Travel and Bolt-On Installation

This system is designed to maximize suspension travel while maintaining durability and proper geometry. Featuring fully rebuildable shocks and a complete bolt-on design, it offers long-term reliability with no cutting or welding required.
