The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 Suspension System (K53063) is a premium, performance-driven upgrade engineered for the 2010–2024 Toyota 4Runner and 2010–2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser. Designed for serious off-road enthusiasts and overland builds, this system significantly increases wheel travel, improves damping performance, and enhances overall ride quality. Building upon the Stage 2 system, this kit adds billet aluminum rear lower links for improved articulation and adjustability, creating a complete, high-performance suspension solution for both on-road comfort and off-road capability.

Adjustable 0–3.5” Front Lift for Maximum Versatility

ICON 2.5 Series extended travel coilovers provide adjustable lift from 0 to 3.5 inches, allowing precise tuning for ride height, tire clearance, and suspension geometry. This flexibility supports larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations while maintaining proper drivability.

2.5 Series Extended Travel Coilovers with Internal Reservoirs

The front coilovers feature an extended travel design paired with internal reservoirs for improved heat dissipation and consistent damping performance. This setup increases front wheel travel and enhances control across rough terrain and high-speed off-road conditions.

Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint

CNC-machined billet aluminum upper control arms are included to improve suspension geometry and alignment at increased lift heights. Featuring ICON’s Delta Joint, they provide high articulation, reduced bind, and improved durability compared to traditional ball joints or uniballs. 

Billet Aluminum Rear Lower Links for Strength and Adjustability

A key upgrade in the Stage 3 system is the inclusion of billet aluminum rear lower links. These CNC-machined 6061 aluminum links offer increased strength over factory components, adjustable pinion angle, and improved articulation thanks to PTFE-lined rod ends and polyurethane bushings. 

Rear Coil Springs and 2.0 Aluminum Series Shocks

The rear suspension includes ICON 2” lift coil springs and 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir shocks, specifically tuned for balanced front-to-rear damping. This combination delivers improved ride comfort, stability, and control in both daily driving and off-road environments. 

Engineered for Maximum Travel and Durability

This system is designed to maximize suspension travel while maintaining proper geometry and long-term durability. Fully rebuildable shock components, corrosion-resistant finishes, and a bolt-on installation make it a reliable upgrade for demanding use.
