The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 Suspension System (K62500) is a premium entry-level performance upgrade engineered for 2005–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD Diesel trucks. Designed to improve factory ride quality, reduce body roll, and enhance both on-road comfort and off-road capability, this system delivers a balanced suspension upgrade ideal for towing, work duty, and light to moderate off-road use. Featuring ICON 2.5 Series front coil springs, 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks, and application-specific alignment components, this bolt-on system provides improved control, stability, and ride performance in all driving conditions. 

2.5” Front Lift for Level Stance and Improved Clearance

The ICON Stage 1 system provides approximately 2.5 inches of front lift, leveling the Super Duty stance and improving ground clearance. This allows for larger tire fitment while maintaining stable handling and predictable towing performance. 

Dual-Rate Coil Springs for Ride Quality and Load Stability

ICON-engineered dual-rate coil springs are designed to improve ride comfort over rough surfaces while maintaining load-carrying capability. The dual-rate design provides a smooth initial response for daily driving and a firmer rate under load for towing and work applications. 

2.0 Aluminum Series Shocks for Controlled Damping

The system includes ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series nitrogen-charged shocks, tuned specifically for the Super Duty platform. These shocks improve damping control, reduce body roll, and deliver consistent performance under heavy use and variable terrain conditions.

Application-Specific Alignment Cams

Included alignment cams help restore proper caster geometry after lifting, improving steering stability and reducing wandering. This ensures predictable highway manners and improved tire wear characteristics.

Improved Wheel Travel and Suspension Performance

This Stage 1 system increases wheel travel over stock while maintaining factory-like drivability. It is engineered to enhance off-road capability without compromising towing performance or daily usability.

Bolt-On Installation with No Cutting Required

The system is designed as a complete bolt-on upgrade using factory mounting points. No cutting or welding is required, making installation straightforward while delivering a significant improvement in ride quality and suspension performance.
