The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 Suspension System is a premium performance upgrade engineered for 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma models, delivering improved wheel travel, enhanced damping control, and significantly better ride quality both on-road and off-road. Designed for enthusiasts who demand more capability from their truck, this system combines adjustable 2.5 Series coilovers with ICON-engineered components to dramatically improve handling, comfort, and off-road performance. 

Adjustable Lift for Custom Stance and Tire Fitment

The system features ICON 2.5 Series coilovers with adjustable ride height, allowing up to 3.5” of lift on 2005–2015 Tacoma models and up to 2.75” on 2016–2023 models. This adjustability makes it easy to level your truck and accommodate larger, more aggressive wheel and tire setups while maintaining proper suspension geometry. 

2.5 Series Coilovers with Internal Reservoirs

The front coilovers are built with internal reservoirs that improve cooling efficiency and maintain consistent damping performance under demanding conditions. Combined with ICON-engineered coil springs, they deliver a smooth, controlled ride with increased stability throughout the full range of suspension travel.

Enhanced Wheel Travel and Ride Control

ICON’s suspension tuning focuses on increasing wheel travel and damping capability, resulting in improved traction, better off-road articulation, and more predictable handling on rough terrain. This makes the system ideal for both daily driving and off-road exploration.

Rear Suspension Balance and Comfort Improvement

The system includes ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks paired with an add-a-leaf style rear enhancement that improves rear ride compliance while providing approximately 1.5” of lift. This helps balance the truck’s stance while improving comfort under load.

Durable, Serviceable Performance Components

Built with 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum components, CAD-plated shock bodies, and heavy-duty shafts, the system is designed for long-term durability. All shocks are fully rebuildable, allowing for long service life and future performance tuning as needed.
