The ENVO Flex Overland is a rugged and modular e-bike built for cargo, long-distance touring, and off-road adventure. With a foldable step-through frame, powerful dual-mode motor, and optional dual-battery system, the Overland can handle heavy loads, long rides, and remote terrain with ease.

Dual-Mode Motor Performance

Featuring a 500W (street-legal) geared rear hub motor with torque emulation, the Overland can be unlocked to deliver up to ~1000W and 80 Nm of torque in off-road mode. This makes it capable of conquering hills, hauling cargo, and delivering all-day performance.

Massive Range with Dual Battery Option

The bike supports either a single 48V 17Ah battery or dual-pack configuration, enabling up to ~200 km (125 miles) of range under ideal conditions. The secure, removable lithium packs are optimized for efficiency, safety, and cold-weather performance.

Sturdy Yet Foldable Frame

Constructed from hydro-formed aluminum, the foldable step-through frame offers both strength and flexibility. Its design supports up to 400 lbs (180 kg) of payload — ideal for cargo, passengers, or heavy gear.
