• 14-Day Return Window: You can return unused, undamaged items in original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Free Return Shipping: We cover return shipping costs for eligible returns and exchanges.
• Change of Mind? Return within 7 days for a refund (25% restocking fee applies).
• Defective or Wrong Item? Contact us within 48 hours—we’ll replace it or refund you in full.
• Didn’t Receive Your Order? Let us know and we’ll investigate or send a replacement.
• Exclusions: Custom items, perishables, intimate goods (unless unopened), gift cards, and digital products are non-returnable.
