Bison T-REX Coastal Portable Basketball System

The Bison T-REX Coastal Portable Basketball System is a professional-grade outdoor portable basketball solution engineered for coastal, humid, or salt-spray environments. Featuring hot-dip galvanized steel construction and industry-leading extension spring counterbalance technology, this system is built to withstand outdoor conditions while allowing smooth raising, lowering, and storage of the backboard.

Outdoor-Durable Portable Base & Counterbalance System

This system includes a corrosion-resistant hot-dip galvanized steel structure with a fully enclosed ballast base featuring a hidden 950 lb ballast weight for superior stability. Industry-leading extension spring counterbalance technology combined with self-lubricating bearings and chrome-plated pivot axles ensures easy and safe adjustment of the backboard for play and transport. Floor-friendly 8″ × 2″ casters make relocation simple, and the unit can roll through doorways at least 84″ high and 78″ wide.

42″ × 72″ Backboard Options

Choose between a full-size 42″ × 72″ tempered glass backboard or the unbreakable polycarbonate backboard for vandal-resistant performance. Both options provide generous play area and consistent rebound performance suitable for competitive and recreational outdoor use.

Breakaway Goal

The system comes equipped with a heavy-duty BA35S breakaway rim that delivers dependable performance and durability for outdoor play, while a locking mechanism prevents unwanted movement of the height or base during use or transport.
