  • Free Return Shipping: We cover return shipping costs for eligible returns and exchanges.
  • Change of Mind? Return within 7 days for a refund (25% restocking fee applies).
  • Defective or Wrong Item? Contact us within 48 hours—we’ll replace it or refund you in full.
  • Didn’t Receive Your Order? Let us know and we’ll investigate or send a replacement.

The Urtopia Carbon Classic is a high-end city e-bike built on a featherweight Toray® carbon-fiber frame and fork. Designed for urban commuters and fitness riders, it delivers smooth power, smart connectivity, and a fully responsive ride — without the bulk.

Ultra-Light Carbon Frame

Constructed from aerospace-grade carbon fiber, this bike is significantly lighter than traditional aluminum e-bikes, making it easy to carry, maneuver, and ride with agility.

Intuitive Power & Assist

A 750W (peak) hub motor paired with a torque sensor delivers instant responsive assist and natural pedaling feel. You can also switch to a thumb throttle for quick bursts of power.

Long-Range, Removable Battery

The 352.8 Wh Samsung lithium battery offers a strong range per charge while its removable design makes recharging simple and flexible.
