At Course & Trail, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:
- 14-Day Return Window: You can return unused, undamaged items in original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Free Return Shipping: We cover return shipping costs for eligible returns and exchanges.
- Change of Mind? Return within 7 days for a refund (25% restocking fee applies).
- Defective or Wrong Item? Contact us within 48 hours—we’ll replace it or refund you in full.
- Didn’t Receive Your Order? Let us know and we’ll investigate or send a replacement.
- Exclusions: Custom items, perishables, intimate goods (unless unopened), gift cards, and digital products are non-returnable.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.
